Welcome to Cascade Sanctuary…. We are a Bohemian Desert Retreat located in the luxurious gated community of Montage @ Santa Rosa in Indio. Our spacious home comfortably sleeps 10 adults (or 12 with the addition of two rollaways). We are proud to offer an early check-in (1pm) & late check-out (1pm) to all guests. We also offer 1/2 day rates when available. Please send a message to inquire. NOTE: A signed rental agreement is required prior to taking occupancy. Security Deposit Required for all reservations during the month of April 2025. Our background is in event production/bar catering so please let us know if you need help booking a private chef, bartenders, mixologist, grocery shopping, beauty services, massage therapy, yoga instructor, transportation, florals & more. We have one small desk and chair in one of the bedrooms. We can provide a second ergonomic chair, large desk and printer for the Primary Bedroom upon request.

This is an extremely safe gated community in a really nice area. The community is managed by an HOA so guests need to follow all neighborhood guidelines.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire home.

There is no street parking but our property has parking for six cars (3 in the garage & 3 in the driveway). If you have additional cars, we suggest parking at one of the local casinos and taking an Uber to the property.
